Update a bank

Rename a bank, or change its language label, threshold or control lines per flag. Send at least one field. A new `threshold` changes `leader.clearsThreshold` at once; a new `controlLinesPerFlag` applies to flags created in the bank later. Change the candidates with PUT /transcriber-banks/:id/candidates. Errors: 404 RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND when the bank is not in the organization. 409 BANK_NAME_EXISTS when another bank of the organization has the name, ignoring case.

Authenticate with an API key in the Authorization header using the ApiKey scheme. See Authentication for how keys work and where to get them.
