List calls a run can replay

The tenant's calls started in the last 30 days that a full-call run can replay, latest start first: recorded, with at least one caller line with audio bounds and a known live transcriber. Use it for an "Add a call" picker next to the flagged call a run starts from, with that call's tenant (`tenantId` on the turn). Paginate with `limit` and `cursor`: send `nextCursor` back as `cursor` until it is null. Errors: 404 RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND when the tenant is not in the organization.

Authentication

Authenticate with an API key in the Authorization header using the ApiKey scheme. See Authentication for how keys work and where to get them.
