List a bank's full-call runs

The bank's full-call runs, newest first, each with its status and estimate. Open one with GET /full-call-runs/:id. Paginate with `limit` and `cursor`: send `nextCursor` back as `cursor` until it is null. Errors: 404 RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND when the bank is not in the organization.
