Introduction
What the OnCore Core API is and what you can build with it.
The OnCore Core API is the public programmatic interface to the OnCore voice AI platform. It covers creating assistants, managing prompts and tools, buying phone numbers, reading call activity, browser voice calls, web chat, and webhooks that push conversation results to your servers. Some dashboard and account-level workflows are outside the public API; Capabilities and availability lists that boundary explicitly.
All requests go to a single base URL:
https://core-api.heysadie.aiEndpoints are served at the root path. There is no /v1 prefix, with one exception: the organization-level audit endpoints (/v1/retention/audits, /v1/churn/audits).
What you can build#
- Provision assistants programmatically. Create and configure voice assistants, attach prompts, tools, knowledge-base documents, and task flows.
- Embed voice and chat in your product. Start browser-based WebRTC voice calls or web-chat conversations with an assistant, no telephony required.
- Sync call outcomes to your systems. Receive an end-of-call report webhook with transcript, summary, recording, and structured data after every call.
- Automate phone number management. Search, purchase, and configure inbound numbers with failover.
